Our Journey

Established in 1988 with the inception of a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, our organization embarked on a journey driven by vision, innovation, quality, and long-term growth.

Over the years, we have successfully diversified our presence into the real estate and construction sectors, building a strong portfolio of residential and industrial developments.

Real Estate Development

Our real estate journey includes the development of Dharti City, a residential duplex project in Kadi, followed by Umiya Residency in Kalol and Shukan Sky in Gandhinagar.

Further strengthening our footprint in Kadi, we successfully developed Uma Shikhar 1, Uma Shikhar 2, and Uma Shikhar 3, reflecting our commitment to quality development and customer-centric execution.
